Why Work For Butlers in the Buff?
Â
We were the first company of this kind in the world. Before we introduced the concept of having charming, handsome naked Butlers at an event, no one was offering this kind of service. The closest thing available would have been a stripper which isn’t always an appropriate concept for all events.
However, since starting the business and seeing its phenomenal success, many other smaller ‘naked butler’ companies have started up across the UK. Some just offer a regional service, some a national service, but none on the same scale or with the same professionalism as Butlers in the Buff.
It’s not as easy as some might imagine operating a nationwide business which relies upon a network of butlers around the country all working on a casual, part-time basis.
We cater for anything from 30 to over 150 events each week and have 5 full time members of staff as well as other part-time members of the team in the office ensuring those bookings happen.
Many of our competitors operate their businesses on a part-time basis, fitting it in around their day jobs. So despite their best intentions, simply cannot provide the same high level of service that we can here at Butlers in the Buff.
What we are able to offer, which none of our competitors can, is the opportunity to work for not only the original ‘naked butler’ company, but the biggest and most professional company of its kind in the UK, and indeed the world.
What this means to you:
- We can offer you more work than any of our competitors.
- We can offer work at high profile events: we have been booked before for royal engagements and A-list, celebrity-filled events, all owing to our reputation within the events industry for being the best.
- Our prices are often higher than some of our competitors which reflects the better quality of service and product that we offer. Our clients are more discerning and the bookings we take are more upmarket and pleasurable to work at.
We have taken on a number of butlers who have had some previous experience working for our competitors, and they have cited poor management, a lack of regular work (if any at all) or not being paid, as reasons for not wishing to work for them any longer.
